WELCOME
I am here to support your Arrival.
You deserve someone in your corner who shows up fully - with intention, warmth and unwavering support. From your first prenatal visit through the tender days of new life, I am available for you.

What a doula does
-
Provides continuous labor support and comfort measures
-
Helps you understand your options and communicate with care providers
-
Supports your birth preferences - whatever they are
-
Offers evidence-based information and emotional reassurance
-
Supports your partner or support person in showing up fully
-
Provides postpartum check-ins and processing support
What a doula is not
-
A doula is not a midwife or medical provider. We don't perform clinical tasks, make medical decisions, or replace your OB, midwife, or nursing team.
-
What I do is fill the gap they often can't — continuous, one-on-one presence through your entire labor.

Your trusted support for birth

Meet Emily
The Daughter of a Doula...
Growing up, I watched my mother hold space for families during one of the most sacred experiences of their lives. I saw what it meant to show up fully — with presence, with love, with unwavering support.

When I had my own babies, I felt it from the other side. I understood in my bones what it means to need someone in that room who is completely, wholeheartedly there for you.

For years I carried this calling while building a career in customer experience — learning how to care for people with intention, how to show up professionally, how to make someone feel truly seen and supported.

Then I realized: I had been preparing for this all along.
Connection, Support & Confidence
I understand that each birth story is unique. My approach centers around empowering individuals and families through information and knowledge, inviting you to share your preferences and concerns.
I offer continuous support from prenatal through the arrival of your child, helping you navigate the emotional and physical aspects of childbirth.
I am committed to fostering a nurturing and safe space at all times, making sure you feel informed and confident during your beautiful journey of labor.
